I have spent most of my life here at this site. From my first days in spring of 1964 I have developed a remarkable connection with the buildings and property as well as thousands of people who shared some of those experiences here. This website is meant to be a legacy and living scrapbook of memories and images from those times. I welcome you to join me in preserving them and our stories for those yet to write their own future.   G. Blackburn

Through pictures, stories and memories we will try and recreate the environments we worked in, what was once was America's Spaceship Factory.

So where is this historic site? What can you visit and see?

Gone!  It is a sad commentary on much of today's society and culture that has little respect for their history and more for their economic status. The Southern California Aerospace heritage has been mostly demolished. Except for a few select sites the only things that remains are old photographs and the memories of those who worked there.
